2. Programs and Purchases
Purchases of FAM with Brooke programs, including Your Cycle Wisdom, are also governed by the Enrollment Terms accepted at checkout and the Client Agreement signed at enrollment. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls.
3. Intellectual Property
(a) Our content. All content on this Website, including text, graphics, images, videos, and program names, is the property of FAM with Brooke, LLC or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Other product and company names mentioned on this Website may be trademarks of their respective owners.
(b) Personal use. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Website content without our prior written permission.

Charts you submit may be discussed on live group calls, where other participants can see and hear them, only with your consent through our Group Chart Review Consent. Client charts are kept as part of the client file until you ask us to delete them, and we delete them within 30 days of your request. Certain records, such as signed agreements and payment records, are kept for business and legal purposes.
